• who’s the werewolf and who’s the hunter – werewolf Lance and hunter Ethan (mainly since Lance kind of has a ‘bestial’ side with his dragon form and stuff)
• who’s the mermaid and who’s the fisherman – merman Lance and fisherman Ethan (both because Lance would be a hella hot merman and also isn’t Gold in Adventures a fisher?? or something) 
• who’s the witch and who’s the familiar – witch Lance and familiar Ethan (Lance is very …. magical in L&L and has ghosty connections and stuff and Ethan as a snarky black cat familiar or something amuses me)
• who’s the barista and who’s the coffee addict – barista Ethan and coffee addict Lance (Ethan is one of those annoying people who is always all perky and doesn’t need caffeine while Lance probably requires it to function)
• who’s the professor and who’s the TA – professor Lance and TA Ethan (didn’t @evilpenguinrika write a fanfic about this? lol)
• who’s the knight and who’s the prince(ss) – knight Ethan and prince Lance (this would be one of those excellent twists on fairy tale tropes where the prince is also the dragon)
• who’s the teacher and who’s the single parent – teacher Ethan and single dad Lance (a wholesome AU that in theory would be all happy but also I’d probably still find a way to kill off Noelle since I’m Like That)
