Fankid Week Day 7: Free Day

I mentioned in my Day 5 post that Ambrose was the oldest of seven kids – well, here’s all seven of them! This is just a rough sketch, but I’ve been meaning to draw the Bede/Victor fam for a while. Ages all correspond to when Ambrose first leaves on his Gym Challenge.

I already introduced Ambrose in the previous post.

Next up is Robin, who was born before his parents got married and is probably what prompted them to consider marriage in the first place. He’s very soft and likes gardening, but he has a hidden temper and will go off on anyone who upsets him or his family.

Isidore is the third oldest but also the second-to-last one to join the family, as he was adopted when he was about 6 or so. He’s standoffish and irritable, but mostly just since he wants attention and affection, having been deprived of that growing up. He’s still adjusting to his new family, but he cares about them a lot in his own tsundere way.

Oswald and Edwin are twins who are just starting to figure out new ways to get into trouble. They’ve also discovered how much fun it is to dress in matching outfits. They’ve been semi-banned from Bede’s Gym for causing trouble with Gym Challengers by pretending to be part of the trial or claiming to be spirits/see a spirit behind the challenger/any number of tricks. Everyone’s hoping they grow out of this habit since it means someone needs to keep an eagle eye on them at all times.

Cordelia was adopted as a baby and is the unofficial mascot of the Ballolea Gym. Even tho Bede’s changed type specializations to Psychic rather than Fairy, Cordelia doesn’t care she’s obsessed with fairies and Fairy-type pokémon and wants to be one when she grows up. She adores great grandma Opal and will happily spend all day chatting with her and having tea parties.

Reynard is the baby. In general, he just gets doted on by his parents and older siblings most of the time, so he’s sure to grow up spoiled.
