It’s Emery’s birthday today! To celebrate, I drew her at four stages of her life.
– Childhood: Wild child years. Days spent running around outside and getting into trouble, not a care in the world.
– Early-Mid Teens: Setting out on her journey as a rookie trainer. A sudden explosive interest in fashion. Cute accessories but with a goth and edgy vibe. Experimenting with hair dye for the first time.
– Late Teens: Plot climax era (and the age her current profile art is at). Fashion is a bit more subdued but with a similar vibe and color palette. Hair dye skills are more advanced but just as flashy. She’s ready to fight any foe in order to save the world.
– Mid 20s: The era where she’s fully pursuing her goals now that the world is saved. Becomes an elite four or maybe even the champion of Sinnoh. Has a more mature and elegant look, but the hair dye and purple/pink/black color scheme is still there.
