Notes: What can I even say that I haven’t already about her. My problematic fave. Murder daughter. Her whole concept is just “what if villain!Sherlock expy” so I feel like that explains most of it. She’s complicit in just as many crimes as she solves, she hangs with the Unova Crime Squad and Penelope is her morally-dubious med-student Watson who helps her hide the bodies and then she dates/marries Darcel and becomes an Elite Four. Best girl. Yeah.
