Notes:
- Henry is the youngest of Brendan and Wally’s children and the only one who inherited Wally’s weak constitution. His parents hope that, like with Wally, a healthy lifestyle will help improve his condition with age, but for now his health is still quite delicate, so he can’t go out much.
- Henry is very resentful of his weak health, and often tried to sneak out when he was younger which often led to him catching colds or exasperating his weak lungs and ending up bed-bound. He considers it worth it though and is counting down the days until he’s old enough to go on his journey, ready to prove that his health is improving.
- With his older siblings all off on their own journeys or pursuing their own goals, Henry is a bit resentful of them, especially when they’d go off and do fun things and he’d have to stay behind due to his health. In order to give him something to do at home and since he wants to become a pokémon trainer so badly, Brendan and Wally gave him a Togepi egg to take care of, which eventually hatched into his starter.
- Henry is closest with Eve out of his siblings, as they’re the closest in age. He was born the same year Layla left on her journey and was only a toddler when Rhys left on his, so Eve is the only sibling he really grew up with who was always around. When she begins training as a florist, she often lets him help her out with choosing flower arrangements and teaches him about the meanings of all the flowers.
