Day 6 – Shiden (Clair’s son) and his much more well known alter-ego – the VTuber Ran!
Shiden is a reincarnation, meaning he retains all his memories of his past life, something that has led to him struggling a lot in modern society and not particularly enjoying going outside when he’s sure he’s just going to get overwhelmed or make a fool of himself. However, when he discovered PokéTube and gaming, he felt he could be himself with the screen as a buffer! He started out as a lets player, and any old fashioned quirks he displayed his viewers loved as making him stand out. This transitioned into streaming and later VTubing once he grew in popularity! His success online as Ran has also helped Shiden grow more confident in real life as well and he’s been thinking of heading on a delayed trainer’s journey soon!
