Harper runs the ‘Battle Casino’, where trainers make bets on the outcome of their matches based on self imposed conditions. Winning the bet results in a bonus in the next round, while losing it, even if the trainer wins the battle, results in a penalty. His title is ‘Casino King Harper.’
