Fankidtober Day 10 – Cicely since it’s her birthday!
Oh Cicely… where do I even start with her? Her backstory is kind of convoluted, but basically Cress used to be in Team Plasma as a Shadow Triad along with his brothers, and at some point before BW happens he’s dating (in some capacity) a grunt named Seamus (he’s like a high ranking grunt? elite Plasma? idk they don’t have a higher rank class like TR does, but he’d be the equivalent of that). And then during the big Plasma divide post-BW, Seamus decides to side with N and leave the team, while Cress is still loyal to Ghetsis so stays behind, thus they have a big drama breakup. Seamus tries to win Cress over by revealing he’s pregnant with their child but even that wasn’t enough smh. So Cicely is born and raised in Driftveil with the rest of the ex-Plasmas before moving to Castelia as a child where he father sort of ends up getting back into a life of crime. She also goes down this route and is heavily involved with a group I like to call the Unova Crime Fankids, including icons of morality such as Gabe, Euphie, Ginger, and Hymnia. She doesn’t actually even meet Cress until she’s 5 or something so in many ways she’s more of an OC than a fankid, huh.
Oh she also does stuff like bartending and entertainment and is inspired by the femme fatale trope and ends up dating the Airplane daughter Amelia who is basically a Plucky Journalist who dresses like the 1920s (thus, FlapperShipping.)
